स्वीकृतिAcceptance
kundalistudio.in और कुंडली स्टूडियो ऐप (आगे “सेवा”) इस्तेमाल करके आप इन नियमों, गोपनीयता नीति और अस्वीकरण से सहमत होते हैं। सहमत न हों तो सेवा इस्तेमाल न करें। ये नियम सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 और उसके नियमों के तहत एक इलेक्ट्रॉनिक अनुबंध हैं।
By using the Service you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer. These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
पहली बार लॉग इन करने पर आपको इन्हें पढ़कर “स्वीकार” का निशान लगाना होता है; उसके बिना ऐप आगे नहीं खुलता। स्वीकार करने के बाद इनकी एक प्रति (तारीख और संस्करण के साथ) आपके ईमेल पर भेजी जाती है।
On first login you must tick “accept” after reading them; the app does not open without it. A copy, with the date and version, is then emailed to you.
बीटा सेवा और AI से बनी सामग्रीBeta service and AI-made content
यह वेबसाइट बीटा (परीक्षण) संस्करण में है। इसकी सामग्री, लिखी गई बातें और गणना के नियम AI (आर्टिफ़िशियल इंटेलिजेंस) की मदद से बनाए गए हैं और इनमें गलती हो सकती है। कानून जितनी अनुमति देता है, उस हद तक इनके आधार पर लिए गए किसी भी फ़ैसले या उसके नतीजे की ज़िम्मेदारी संचालक की नहीं है। सेवा जैसी है वैसी दी जाती है; इसमें रुकावट, गलती या डेटा खोने की संभावना है।

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for any decision taken on their basis or its outcome. The Service is provided as is and may have interruptions, errors or data loss.
कौन इस्तेमाल कर सकता हैEligibility
खाता बनाने के लिए आपकी उम्र 18 वर्ष या उससे ज़्यादा होनी चाहिए और आप भारतीय कानून के तहत अनुबंध करने में सक्षम हों। यह सेवा सिर्फ़ भारत में रहने वाले लोगों के लिए है; भारत के बाहर से इस्तेमाल पर हम कोई सेवा या ज़िम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करते। एक ईमेल पर एक खाता होगा।
You must be 18+ and legally able to contract. The Service is intended only for people residing in India; we do not offer it outside India. One account per email address.
सेवा क्या हैWhat the Service is
सेवा वैदिक ज्योतिष की गणनाएँ (कुंडली, दशा, गोचर, गुण मिलान आदि), मिलान के सवालों की आत्म-जाँच और सरल उपाय देती है। साझा करने की सहमति देने वाले ईमेल पर विस्तृत रिपोर्ट माँग सकते हैं। ज्योतिष एक पारंपरिक मान्यता-प्रणाली है; इसकी भविष्यवाणियाँ वैज्ञानिक रूप से सिद्ध नहीं हैं। सेवा मार्गदर्शन और व्यक्तिगत रुचि के लिए है। विस्तार के लिए अस्वीकरण पढ़ें।
The Service provides Vedic astrology calculations, a matching-question self-check and simple remedies; users who opt in can request a detailed report by email. Astrology is a traditional belief system; its predictions are not scientifically proven. The Service is for guidance and personal interest.
खाता और सुरक्षाAccount and security
- लॉग इन लिंक या अपना ईमेल खाता किसी के साथ साझा न करें। आपके खाते से होने वाली गतिविधि की ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है।
- खाते का गलत इस्तेमाल दिखे तो तुरंत हमें लिखें।
- लॉग इन लिंक कुछ समय बाद काम करना बंद कर देता है; ज़रूरत हो तो नया लिंक मँगाएँ।
Never share your login link or email account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly about misuse.
आपकी ज़िम्मेदारियाँYour obligations
आप सहमत हैं कि आप:
- किसी और का जन्म-विवरण उसकी अनुमति के बिना नहीं डालेंगे या साझा करेंगे;
- 18 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चे का विवरण सिर्फ़ माता-पिता या अभिभावक के रूप में डालेंगे;
- सेवा का इस्तेमाल किसी को डराने, ठगने, भेदभाव करने, बदनाम करने या परेशान करने के लिए नहीं करेंगे;
- सेवा से मिली पढ़त को “गारंटी” बताकर किसी से पैसे नहीं लेंगे;
- स्वचालित तरीकों से सेवा पर हमला, स्क्रैपिंग या सुरक्षा तोड़ने की कोशिश नहीं करेंगे;
- रिपोर्ट के लिए झूठा या किसी और का ईमेल नहीं देंगे।
You will not enter or share others' details without permission, misuse readings to frighten, defraud, discriminate against or harass anyone, sell readings as guaranteed, attack or scrape the Service, or give a false or someone else's email for reports.
विस्तृत रिपोर्टDetailed reports
विस्तृत रिपोर्ट दीपक सिंघल हाथ से तैयार करके आपके दिए ईमेल पर भेजते हैं। रिपोर्ट भेजने की कोई तय समय-सीमा नहीं है, और हम किसी अनुरोध को बिना कारण बताए मना कर सकते हैं (जैसे अधूरी जानकारी, गलत इस्तेमाल का शक, या किसी और की कुंडली बिना अनुमति)। रिपोर्ट ज्योतिषीय मार्गदर्शन है, डॉक्टर, वकील या वित्तीय सलाहकार की राय नहीं।
Detailed reports are prepared personally by Deepak Singhal and sent to the email you give. There is no fixed delivery time and we may decline a request (for example incomplete details, suspected misuse, or someone else's chart without permission). A report is astrological guidance, not the opinion of a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser.
शुल्क, भुगतान और रिफ़ंडFees, payment and refunds
- मुफ़्त: कुंडली, दशा, गोचर, गुण मिलान, “आपकी कुंडली के अनुसार मुख्य बातें” और ऐप की बाकी गणनाएँ।
- विस्तृत रिपोर्ट (गहरी पढ़त + पश्चिमी ज्योतिष + उपाय): शुरुआती दौर में मुफ़्त। शुल्क शुरू होने पर कीमत ऐप में साफ़ दिखाई जाएगी: ₹50, शुरुआती ऑफ़र में ₹30 (सभी कर सहित)। भुगतान UPI से। हम आपके डाले UTR को अपने बैंक रिकॉर्ड से मिलाते हैं; मिलने पर रिपोर्ट दीपक सिंघल तैयार करके आम तौर पर 3–5 दिन में आपके ईमेल पर भेजते हैं।
- रिफ़ंड: अगर आपका भुगतान हमें मिला पर रिपोर्ट 7 दिन में न भेजी जा सके, या हम अनुरोध मना करें, तो पूरी राशि उसी UPI खाते में 7 कामकाजी दिनों में लौटाई जाएगी। रिपोर्ट भेजने के बाद, क्योंकि वह आपके लिए अलग से बनी डिजिटल सेवा है, रिफ़ंड नहीं होता, सिवाय इसके कि रिपोर्ट किसी और व्यक्ति की हो या तकनीकी गलती से न खुले। गलत UTR या भुगतान न मिलने पर अनुरोध रद्द माना जाएगा। रिफ़ंड के लिए लिखें: studiokundali@gmail.com
- जल्द आने वाली सुविधाएँ: AI से तुरंत गहरी पढ़त, और AI से सवाल (रोज़ 2 मुफ़्त; ज़्यादा के लिए ₹99/महीना)। इन्हें शुरू करने से पहले कीमत और शर्तें यहाँ लिखी जाएँगी।
- एक खाता, एक कुंडली: हर खाते से एक व्यक्ति की कुंडली बनती है। जन्म-समय बदला जा सकता है; तारीख या जगह गलत डाली हो तो फ़ीडबैक में लिखें।
- कीमत बदलने पर पहले से भुगतान किए गए ऑर्डर पुरानी कीमत पर ही पूरे होंगे।
Free: chart, dashas, transits, matching, “main points from your chart” and the other calculations. Detailed report (deep reading + Western astrology + remedies): free during the launch period; when charging starts the price is shown in the app: ₹50, launch offer ₹30 (all taxes included), paid by UPI. We match the UTR you enter with our bank records and then usually email the report within 3–5 days. Refunds: if we received your payment but cannot send the report within 7 days, or we decline the request, the full amount is returned to the same UPI account within 7 working days. Once sent, a personalised digital report is not refundable, except if it is for the wrong person or cannot be opened due to a technical fault. A wrong UTR or unmatched payment cancels the request. Coming soon: instant AI deep reading and AI questions (2 free a day; ₹99/month for more), with terms published here before launch. One account, one chart: the birth time can be changed; for a wrong date or place, write to us via feedback.
बौद्धिक संपदाIntellectual property
सेवा का कोड, डिज़ाइन, पाठ और नाम “कुंडली स्टूडियो” हमारे हैं। अपनी पढ़त आप निजी इस्तेमाल के लिए सहेज और साझा कर सकते हैं। सेवा की नकल, दोबारा बेचना या व्यावसायिक इस्तेमाल हमारी लिखित अनुमति के बिना मना है। ग्रहों की गणना के लिए astronomy-engine (MIT लाइसेंस) जैसी ओपन-सोर्स लाइब्रेरी इस्तेमाल होती हैं।
The code, design, text and name are ours. You may save and share your own readings for personal use. Copying, reselling or commercial use needs our written permission. Open-source libraries such as astronomy-engine (MIT) are used under their licences.
ज़िम्मेदारी की सीमाLimitation of liability
सेवा “जैसी है, जहाँ है” आधार पर दी जाती है। कानून जितनी अनुमति देता है, उस हद तक हम किसी भी ऐसे नुकसान के ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हैं जो सेवा या उसकी पढ़त पर भरोसा करके लिए गए फ़ैसलों (जैसे शादी, नौकरी, निवेश, इलाज, यात्रा) से हुआ हो। किसी भी स्थिति में हमारी कुल ज़िम्मेदारी, पिछले 12 महीनों में आपके द्वारा हमें दी गई राशि या ₹1,000, जो भी ज़्यादा हो, से अधिक नहीं होगी। उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2019 के तहत आपके वे अधिकार जिन्हें अनुबंध से हटाया नहीं जा सकता, बने रहेंगे।
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from decisions taken in reliance on the Service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or ₹1,000, whichever is higher. Non-excludable rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain.
क्षतिपूर्तिIndemnity
अगर आपके द्वारा इन नियमों का उल्लंघन (जैसे बिना अनुमति किसी का डेटा डालना) से हम पर कोई दावा होता है, तो आप उचित हद तक उसकी भरपाई करेंगे।
You will reasonably indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, such as entering someone's data without permission.
खाता बंद करनाTermination
आप कभी भी ऐप के “खाता” से अपना खाता मिटा सकते हैं। इन नियमों के उल्लंघन, गलत इस्तेमाल या कानूनी ज़रूरत पर हम किसी खाते को रोक या बंद कर सकते हैं।
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for breach, misuse or legal reasons.
कानून और अधिकार-क्षेत्रGoverning law
ये नियम भारत के कानूनों के अधीन हैं। किसी विवाद पर पहले हमसे studiokundali@gmail.com पर बात करें; 30 दिन में हल न हो तो जयपुर, राजस्थान की अदालतों का अधिकार-क्षेत्र होगा, उपभोक्ता के रूप में आपके अपने ज़िले के उपभोक्ता आयोग जाने के अधिकार को छोड़कर।
Indian law governs. Please contact us first; if unresolved in 30 days, courts at जयपुर, राजस्थान have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach your district consumer commission.
बदलाव और संपर्कChanges and contact
हम इन नियमों को बदल सकते हैं; बड़े बदलाव पर अगली बार लॉग इन करते समय दोबारा सहमति ली जाएगी। सवाल या शिकायत: studiokundali@gmail.com (शिकायत अधिकारी: दीपक सिंघल)। अगर हिंदी और अंग्रेज़ी पाठ में अंतर हो, तो अंग्रेज़ी पाठ मान्य होगा।
